Mutahir was born in the remote and
under developed area of Chitral with very rare opportunity for education but with his undettered passion he became the symbol for others.
Currently he is working as an Assistant professor in deparment of Urdu, Hazara University Mansehra.

Middle and High School , Arandu drosh,' Intermediate Govt Degree College Chitral.
He passed his MA fr0m UoP & Phd in Urdu from Qurtaba University" in
a Very Young age.

Lecturer in Fata Govt Degree College Ghaljo Okarzai Agency.
